Ear lobe repair
After cleaning with betadine & spirit. Under LA, an incision is made in the skin around the hole-splitting into anterior and posterior leave. The edges are freshened. The anterior flaps so formed are siutured with 3 'o' or 4 'o' ethilon sutures. Similarly the posterior flaps are also sutured.
